1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt 2 scallions, finely chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill or parsley (I used dried dill - about 1 tsp.) freshly ground pepper
