Phase: 1 Preheat Oven: 250 Cooking Time: 4 hrs
4 pounds of chuck roast (not blade cut) Salt & pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery
Sauce: 1/2 cup Walden Farms Ketchup 1 cup water 2 t. mustard 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 3/8 t. garlic salt
Place in roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer chopped onion and chopped celery on top of meat.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour on top of meat.
Cover roasting pan and roast in oven for four hours at 250
Cool meat and shred with fork. Put all meat into a crock pot or back into the oven until serving time.
