Coating for Fish and Chicken
Printable Version

Phase: 1
Preheat Oven: 350

1 oz nuts (walnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews)
1 oz grated low-fat cheese (parmesan is good)

Grind the walnuts and mix well with cheese in a ziploc bag.

Spray the fish or chicken with olive oil and then toss in the mixture in the bag.

Place the chicken or fish on a baking pan and cover with foil until nearly cooked through, then remove the foil for browning.

This is a good way to bake fish (talapia, catfish, etc.) or chicken tenders.
