Buffalo Shrimp

Phase: 1

2.5 T olive oil
3.5 T hot pepper sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
24 peeled, deveined extra-large shrimp, tails left on (about 1 lb)
4 ribs celery, cut in sticks
Garnish: lime wedges

1. Heat broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with nonstick spray.

2) Heat oil in microwave or small sauce pan and then stir in pepper sauce and garlic. Place shrimp on prepared baking sheet; drizzle and toss with the oil mixture.

3. Broil, turning once, after 2.5 minutes, or until shrimp are just cooked through. Toss with remaining sauce. Arrange on platter; serve with celery. Garnish with lime wedges.
