1 cup brown rice 3 cups chicken broth
Bring broth to a boil, add rice & cook over low heat (covered) until rice is tender and absorbs all the liquid, about 45 minutes. Leftovers can be frozen in ziploc bags in individual portions for quick use later. Submitted By: Brenda

Comments: Here's another way of cooking it. I'd never had much success before, but the 3/1 ratio of liquid to rice made all the difference, I think. I have yet to try MJ's method, altho it's on my list.
