Preheat Oven: 375
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix (or savory herb & garlic)
pepper to taste (omit if using the Herb & Garlic soup)
olive oil to coat
Place peeled, cubed sweet potatoes in a ziploc-type bag. Add soup mix and other spices, seal bag, and shake to coat evenly. Add some olive oil, reseal bag, and shake again to coat evenly.
Spread out on a jelly roll pan.
Roast at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes, or at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

Comments: My WHOLE family loved this, even my picky kids! I think part of it was in the marketing approach, as I just said they were “roasted potatoes” when I served them. Only after everyone had tried them and loved them did I let them in on my secret.
